Ingredients: 


 

  • 1 cup of Oat Groats 
  • Handful of Strawberries ( Subsitute with any fruit desired ) 
  • 1/8-1/4 cup of Coconut Sugar ( Or any sweetner you use ) 
  • 2 cups of Water

 

Directions: 


 

  1. Bring water to boil 
  2. Add Oat Groats as water reaches boil
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and place lid on pot
  4. Allow Oat Groats to slowly cook for 40 minutes
  5. Once cooked to tender or to your liking add sweetners and mix in 
  6. Allow to cool then toss in a handful of your favorite fruit  
Now you are ready to enjoy this delicious and quick breakfast. If desired add a splash  of your preferred nut or soy milk!
